3. Final exam for this course is Wednesday, May 8, 2013 @ 11:00 am.
There will be 2 parts to this exam:
1) Confidence Intervals and Hypothesis Testing;
2) A Review of Material on Descriptive Statistics; Correlation and Regression; Frequency and Pivot Tables.

4. For help preparing for tests, go to the Academic Support Center and ask for tutoring from "Jim".
(Dr. James Mahon is a retired member of the faculty in the Department of Sociology; his undergraduate major was mathematics. He is available on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 6:30 pm and Thursdays from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.)
